The Argentinian star received 56 million “likes”, breaking the record held by a photo of an egg, which has 55.9 million likes.

Messi’s picture also beat his picture with Cristiano Ronaldo playing chess, which was part of Louis Vuitton’s pre-World Cup campaign, which received 42 million likes.
