However, Chelsea are believed to have offered the 31-year-old a new contract, valid for another three years.
This has left Barcelona as the second favorite, as it is not believed that they are likely to be able to afford the salary that the “Blues” offer to the French representative.
Despite this, “Sport” has reported that Kante is waiting for an offer from Barca, so that he can then decide on his future.
